Happiness is something I think about a lot because I know how important it is to my whole life. It’s not just about feeling good some of the time, to me it's about feeling deep down joy all of the time, the kind of feeling that makes you unshakable. Knowing how to be happy is vital, so I urge everyone to learn the happiness basics and see how that positively affects the way you feel today and tomorrow.

Great music, especially great live music is happiness to me! There’s nothing like it and being around it for me is the best. We should all try and do more of the things that make us happy when possible. It’s days like these that give us the happy memories we treasure for life.

Eating A LOT of food on an empty tank. Waking up super early then realising I have a day off school and being able to go back to sleep. Surfing nice waves, trying new manoeuvres and discovering different techniques. Being with good friends and all the family. Surfing alone. Surfing with a few close friends. Surfing

To me happiness is my family and beyond that friends. But there is also a part of me that likes to challenge myself because that feeling of excitement, uncertainty, exploring and seeing something through to the end is a big part of fulfilment and what happiness means to me.

Happiness is a good wine, good friends, my family and good work. All that makes me happy, but maybe not necessarily in that order!.

Waking up nice and early and feeling fresh. Then seeing the sun out next to a nice flat cable park ready to shred.
